The predictive role of personality traits and demographic features on post-traumatic stress disorder in a sample of COVID-19 hospitalized patients

Abstract Background Hospitalized COVID-19 patients suffer from psychological and psychiatric disorders such as post-traumatic stress disorder, depression, anxiety. Because there was no comprehensive study on factors in hospitalized Iran, we investigated the predictive role of personality traits demographic features disorder patients. Results In this research method first, 160 selected randomly completed relevant questionnaires, which are prepared online. We examined multivariate linear regression between mentioned variables. The results showed that independent variables able to predict changes ( P < 0.001). percentage explanation dependent equal 0.77, 0.65, 0.71, 0.68, respectively.
